There is a version of this page that lists every role, every P&L figure, and every transformation programme in chronological order. That version is available — the career timeline and CV are both linked below.
This version tries to answer a different question: not what has Dr Nick Keca done, but what does he understand — and why does that matter to you?
The short answer is this. Most people who write about organisations have studied them. Most people who lead organisations have run them. Very few have done both, at doctoral level and at genuine C-level scale, across 25+ years and five continents. That intersection is where the work here comes from.
The longer answer is in the sections below: a career built across global financial technology, regulatory technology, and business process outsourcing; doctoral research into how personality and behaviour shape organisational outcomes; and an applied psychology practice that treats culture, leadership, and human performance as measurable systems rather than intangible assets.
The through-line in all of it is the same conviction: that organisations behave exactly like the people who lead them — and that understanding those people, with rigour and without sentimentality, is the only reliable foundation for lasting change.
