About Dr. Nick Keca

My career has been built at the intersection of operational scale, enterprise technology, and human behavior. Over the past three decades, I have focused on helping complex, highly regulated organisations navigate transformation and align their structural operations with measurable commercial outcomes.

1. Business Operations

My foundational executive experience comes from managing global business process outsourcing operations. As Managing Director and Senior Vice President at SITEL Inc., I held P&L accountability of up to £500m, overseeing multi-site operations comprising over 15,000 employees across 32 pan-European sites.

My operational approach prioritizes pragmatic turnaround and efficiency. By applying strict commercial discipline, I have consistently stabilized under-performing divisions—including converting operating losses in a £70m UK&I portfolio into a 23% EBITDA margin within seven months, and returning the Benelux & Nordics division to profitability (+12% EBITDA) within a year.

2. Transformation and Change

Transformation requires a structured approach to restructuring, vendor management, and target operating models. As Head of Global Transformation, I designed enterprise-wide strategies that identified $150m in SG&A reductions.

Working both internally and as a consultant, I have architected and overseen massive enterprise transitions. This includes managing a £600m technology outsourcing program for a major retail bank, a £90m contact centre infrastructure upgrade, and leading complex restructurings that successfully reduced annual operating costs by €25m while navigating challenging collective bargaining agreements.

3. Organisation Psychologist

Having led multiple large-scale corporate restructurings, I observed that the success of any transformation ultimately hinges on human behavior. This led me to complete a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organisational Psychology at Aston University.

My doctoral research investigated how personality-related behaviors directly impact organisational culture, team collaboration, and overall performance. I utilize an analytical, data-driven approach to behavioral change, leveraging advanced statistical modeling tools (such as SPSS, AMOS, LISREL, and R) to diagnose issues within teams. This academic framework allows me to approach turnaround scenarios and culture shifts as measurable systems rather than abstract concepts.

4. RegTech / FinTech

In the regulatory technology sector, my focus is on the deployment of mission-critical compliance systems. As Professional Services Delivery Director for EMEA at NICE Actimize, I manage the implementation of enterprise anti-financial crime applications—including AML, Fraud, KYC, and Market Compliance—for over 60 Tier 1 financial institutions.

This role involves managing more than 50 complex implementations annually. By optimizing delivery frameworks, I was able to scale our EMEA delivery capacity by 300% within an 18-month period. Prior to this, I also directed a £250m regulator-mandated customer remediation program for a UK retail bank, managing a team of 200+ to execute outreach to 500,000 customers.

5. Technology

I have extensive experience managing end-to-end SaaS enterprise implementations, balancing cloud migrations against on-premise deployments. In my current role, this has translated to enabling 15% quarterly growth in client cloud migrations across EMEA.

Beyond compliance platforms, my technical background includes leading agile development for enterprise applications, workflow automation, and digital complaint management solutions within heavily regulated environments. I also maintain an active focus on AI-driven transformation, exploring the application of agentic AI, LLMs, and generative tools to optimize operational workflows.

"Sustainable business transformation is achieved when quantitative operational discipline is combined with a pragmatic understanding of human behavior."
