PERSONALITY DIAGNOSTICS

Personality is not fixed, but it is measurable. And what is measurable can be understood, developed, and — in the context of leadership and team performance — managed with far greater precision than most organisations currently apply.

The diagnostic tools available here are grounded in the same psychometric frameworks that underpin the peer-reviewed evidence base in occupational and organisational psychology:

  • The Big Five (Five Factor Model)
  • The Dark Tetrad sub-clinical personality traits
  • Emotional Intelligence constructs, and
  • Decision-making style indices.

They are not off-the-shelf questionnaires. They have been selected, configured, and contextualised by an organisational psychologist with doctoral-level expertise and 25+ years of experience applying behavioural science inside organisations at the executive level.

Two categories of diagnostic are available:

Individual:
