3. Data Storage & Security (GDPR Compliance)

Your email address, consent timestamp, and anonymous score identifiers are securely persisted in our Sanity Content Management System (CMS), acting as an unalterable audit log. We utilize Resend for transactional email dispatch. We do not sell your data to third-party brokers.

Under the UK GDPR, you maintain full rights to query, access, or request the deletion of any personally identifiable information (your email address) securely held within our systems.
