One is driven and ambitious and lives in chaos, missing deadlines, deaths like a crime scene. The other is neat, methodical, organised and has no real fire in his belly. The same headline number completely different people.
The reason is trait facets, underneath each big trait lie 6 narrower ones and the details are everything. Professionals call it bandwidth vs fidelity.
