You're not an introvert, stop saying that. You're not an introvert, you're not a type. That's the biggest myth in pop psychology. Real personality science doesn't use boxes, it uses dials. Every trait is on a sliding scale, and where people land follows a distribution curve. A small few at the extremes, most of us bunched in the middle, leaning slightly one way or the other.

When a quiz hands you a four-letter type, it's flattening a rich in between reality into tiny label that sells. The upside, dials can be adjusted, types can't. Which is exactly why the science says you're not stuck.
