Stop waiting to feel motivated. Motivation is like weather, it comes and goes, so disciplined people don't rely on it. Self-discipline is the single most trainable part of your personality, but not the way the internet says. You don't quite knuckle your way to it by trying harder in the moment. You build systems that don't care how you feel.

Kit laid out the night before. One clear next action instead of a vague intention. A visible standard, a deadline with a witness. The trick from real psychology is this. You don't become disciplined by forcing the hard thing. You design a situation where the disciplined thing becomes the easy thing.
