up to 97% of people want to change their personality. Here's a number that should stop you. When researchers ask people trait by trait, whether they'd like to change a part of who they are, upwards of 80% say yes. Some studies find that's as high as 97% and about 60% are actively trying to change right now.
So, if you've ever wanted to be a bit more disciplined, a bit calmer, a bit more outgoing, you're not the exception, you're the overwhelming majority. The problem isn't wanting to change, it's that almost nobody understands what they're trying to change. That's what this series fixes. See the full breakdown on the channel.
