The calculating operator isn't who's actually costing your team the most. Psychology splits psychopathy into two types. Primary cold, calculating, controlled the one popular culture pictures. And secondary impulsive, poorly regulated, reactive distress. The largest meta-analysis ever done on this over 49,000 employees found secondary psychopathy drives almost all the measured workplace harm.

The most dangerous direct effect weak, often negligible. The person doing the most damage on your team probably isn't the calculating one. It's the one who can't regulate their own frustration.
